Preliminary Assessment

We review the yield, lease structure, and income security within 48 hours. If it meets our criteria, we will confirm our interest and request any additional information.

Offer & Due Diligence

We issue a written offer quickly. Subject to satisfactory legal due diligence — including NHS lease documentation and title — we move to exchange with minimal delay.

Completion & Fee

On completion, your finder's fee is paid. We take over as landlord and begin active management of the asset, including engaging specialist surveyors for notional rent reviews where applicable.
